Trip Planning Services and Pricing
In addition to our Tuscany tour packages, we provide custom trip planning services. We are affiliated with The Travel Society and Virtuoso. We have the local relationships and partnerships to make your trip unforgettable. These prices include the time involved by a professional travel advisor to research and develop a custom itinerary for you.
The initial 30-minute consultation call is always complimentary.
Planning Fees for Custom Designed Trips
$250 per person for up to a 7-day trip
$350 per person for a 7-14 day trip
$450+ per person for a 14+ day trip
Includes consultation meetings, itinerary planning, hotel room bookings and other reservations.
Includes up to 3 itinerary revisions. Additional itinerary revisions are $50 per revision.
Non-refundable.
Air Ticketing Fees
$50 for each domestic ticket issued
$125 for each international ticket issued
Air ticketing fees are in addition to the planning fees.
Non-refundable.
Hotel Room Booking Fees
$25 per hotel room booked
These fees are for clients who only need hotel rooms and no other services.
